Participation Conditions:
The academic qualification of the applicant should not be less than a bachelor degree in administrative sciences.
The research should address one of the stated fields.
The research should follow the scientific methodology and documented by references.
The research should be creative and comprises a number of scientific solutions and proposals.
Submitted research requirements:
A summary of the research paper or practical applications form should be prepared in Arabic language and English language in size A4 page.
The number of research pages shall not exceed 40 pages’ size A4, including forms, photographs and tables, which should be typed in single space lines.
Individual or joint research or candidates from ministries, government and non-government bodies and authorities shall be accepted.
Not more than one research per person or entity shall be accepted.
Only typed researches shall be accepted. Researches sent by faxes shall be excluded.
The registration shall be closed after fifteen days of starting the announcement of the Award.
Researchers shall be advised of the initial acceptance of the research paper summary not more than fifteen days after closing the registration (first classification..)
The closing date for submitting research and practical applications form in full electronically through the organizing committee’s email is not later than 30 March 2021.
All the submitted researches are subject to primary scientific arbitration by those in charge of the Award. In this stage, classification shall be according to the fields and coding to ensure the confidentiality of work and avoid any effects which limit the accuracy and transparency of work (second classification.)
Researchers shall be advised with accepting their researches and observations on them not later than 30 April 2021.
All researches shall be subjected to scientific arbitration by arbitrators who are characterized by distinction and preciseness at work inside and outside the State of Kuwait, for the purpose of selecting those of them who are distinguished, and whose number shall not exceed six researchers (a researcher for each field.)
The submitted research shall not be submitted to its sender, whether he wins or not.
Those in charge of the Award are entitled to print and publish the successful researches and benefit from them for the service of scientific and research objectives.
The organizing committee shall notify participants from outside the State of Kuwait whose researches have been approved of the nature of the facilities and hospitality offered to them to participate in the forum prepared for celebrating the distribution of prizes.
